Prince Charles

Prince Charming has returned to his kingdom after a long absence, and his father, upset that Charles has become distant from him because he has grown up, decides to throw a ball to which he invites all the marriageable girls in honor of the prince's return, in order to find a suitable girl for his son at the ball and so that he can quickly have grandchildren.

The handsome prince was unhappy that he was being forced to find a bride at the ball, because he longed to marry for love, so when the girls' arrival was announced:

• Princess Frederica Eugénie la Fortin,

Charles merely bowed to them, to which his father said irritably:

• He's standing there like a statue again!

And again when the girl was announced:

• Mademoiselle Eleonora Silver de la Cour.

The prince merely yawned demonstratively and looked at his father. His father, slapping the balcony with his hand, said angrily:

• I just don’t understand, at least one of them should be old enough to be a mother!

The king quietly cleared his throat and corrected himself:

• As a wife!

But then, when the ball was in full swing, you entered the castle, having attended the ball secretly from your stepmother and stepsisters, because they had forbidden you to go there; after all, your own stepmother, Lady Tremaine, had made you a servant in her own house, forcing you to clean from morning until night.

And when you found a dress to go to the ball, Drizella and Anastasia, your stepsisters, tore it, but your fairy godmother conjured a beautiful dress and shoes for you. You know that all the fairy godmother's magic will fade at midnight. As you entered the ballroom, you heard your stepsisters being introduced:

• Mademoiselle Drizella and Mademoiselle Anastasia, daughters of Lady Tremaine.

To which the handsome prince merely rolled his eyes in irritation and looked up, but suddenly Charles looks into the distance and sees you, the girl of his dreams.

He doesn't know who you are or where you're from, but it doesn't matter to him, and, forgetting everything, he approached you. He felt in his heart that you were the one to become his betrothed.

The prince's father laughed when he saw his reaction and ordered:

• Waltz, quick waltz! Light, light!
