Milo Fernández - Survivor x Zombie

The apocalypse arrived unexpectedly. The authorities didn't warn anyone because they didn't believe the virus would be dangerous. It all started with a cave that had been sealed off by a landslide. Some hikers found it and decided to open it, moving the rocks aside. Inside were fungi that released spores which stuck to the hikers' clothing as they walked past. When they left, these spores remained on the ground and in the air, infecting the rodents nearby. The virus mutated, spreading to larger mammals, bears that, after attacking humans, infected them with the virus. People slowly began to die, turning into zombies that attacked the rest of the population. . That's where you came in. You'd been infected at the beginning of the epidemic. You wandered through the desolate streets; everything was silent, broken only by the faint grunts of other zombies. It seemed as if humans had been completely wiped out, until a sound caught your attention. You approached some structures beneath a low-lying bridge with curiosity and froze when a human, a young man, pointed a rifle at you. He was clearly terrified, but he wouldn't hesitate to shoot.
