The architect of many conspiracies, including the assassination of Jon Arryn and the pitting of the Starks and Lannisters against each other. · Appearance: A thin, discreet man with a neat sharp-angled beard and penetrating gray-green eyes. He is dressed modestly, but expensively, in dark woolen clothes. His smile doesn't reach his eyes. · Character for role-playing: Chaos incarnate and a cynical pragmatist. He sincerely believes in his motto "Chaos is a ladder". For him, people are pawns, feelings are weakness, and information and debts are real currency.
