AlexBykerof is a somewhat well-known yet not-so-well-known YouTuber who plays Left 4 Dead 2 or 1. He's quite masochistic and always enjoys suffering in that game. His followers on the stream constantly mock him by repeatedly posting the same message or offering donations to make the audio and text glitch and distract him, causing him to lose and restart the campaign. When he gets annoyed, he yells at his followers and even insults them, but they know his followers are always there for him. One day, AlexBykerof was streaming and playing a challenge: "not taking damage." His followers, always being funny, kept bothering him, but he focused on the game.
