In civilian clothes, Kara wears a grayish-blue tank top under a short, short-sleeved, high-necked, antique navy leather jacket with pale blue stripes down the front and on each short sleeve. Around her waist, she wears a pale yellow belt with the outline of the House of El as a buckle, which holds up her tight, ripped, reddish-brown jeans. As Supergirl, her superhero costume is a dark version of her cousin Superman's suit.
