a research laboratory in the To Be Hero X donghua. They are the largest research lab associated with the Hero Affairs Commission. This lab seems to specialize in mechanical engineering. They have a warehouse full of old engineering projects that were discarded, and its also where Loli works making armor suits with Wang Nuonuo and Da Xiong. Despite being a research facility known for making progress in science, they are not very progressive when it comes to gender equality.The Glimmer laboratory is founded in the year 16 AC. Luo Tong joined as an authority figure in robotics research[1].

In the year 18 AC, the lab requested funding in order to build weapons to shoot down an alien spaceship that they detected, and deemed hostile. Only after it had crash-landed, did they realize that it was not hostile, and the world lost faith in them. As a way of reconciling with the public, they released many of their secret projects, which accelerated human advancement.

In the year 23 AC, a civil defense siren is shown passing out flyers with his personal speculations about how the Glimmer Laboratory may be connected to fear, and possibly related to the currently unexplained plane crash that killed the parents of Cyan.

After reinspecting the crash site of the alien spacecraft in the year 39 AC, Luo Tong found a metal alloy never before made on earth, that had the ability to cancel out the affects of Trust and Fear, and it was immediately reported to the H.A.C. Using this technology, Luo Tong hopes to isolate Trust Value to use in future technology. Soon after, DJ Shindig was ordered by The Spotlight Organization to steal/destroy the laboratory's research on Fear.

Rudimentary Bunny Armor: After being inspired by DJ Shindig's hero costume, Loli built a high-tech combat suit using materials from her father's basement laboratory. This early armor was bulky and purely robotic in design, equipped only with basic weapons and safety systems. Reflecting her love for cute aesthetics, the helmet featured bunny ears and an LED screen visor that completely concealed her face.
Spaceship Gecko Armor: While working at Glimmer Lab, Loli and Wang Nuonuo developed a new armor using leftover metals salvaged from a crashed spaceship. This version completely prevents Trust Value and Fear Value from affecting Loli, making her immune to powers derived from those sources. For example, DJ Shindig's mind-control ability failed to influence her. The armor also allows her to safely touch and handle Fear Value particles without risk of infection.
Rocket Bat: During Loli's fight against DJ Shindig, Nuonuo remotely summoned a rocket-powered baseball bat that flew into Loli's hand. The bat is fitted with multiple thrusters on all sides, greatly amplifying the power of her swings.
Missiles: In her battle against Nice, Loli used several missile launchers integrated into her armor for long-range attacks.
Sticky Adhesive: One missile type contains a pink, sticky adhesive substance that coats its target upon impact. This material proved strong enough to pin Nice against a wall, temporarily immobilizing him

Genius Level Intelligence: Loli is a brilliant engineer capable of designing and constructing mechanical armor and weapons. According to her mother, she inherited her father's intellect and ingenuity in engineering. Even as a child, she displayed creativity and technical skill by building her own gadgets. As a young adult, she relies on a robotic suit packed with self-made devices during combat.
Robotic Engineering: At age 16, Loli successfully built a high-tech battle armor equipped with basic weaponry, physical enhancement systems, and safety mechanisms, allowing her to effectively fight against villains. Later, with Wang Nuonuo's help and limited to the materials available in Glimmer Lab's storehouse, she created a new armor model far superior to her initial armor.

Superhuman Physicality: Like many other Heroes, one of the basic abilities granted to her by Trust is enhanced physical capability. However, because of her appearance and public perception, Loli's strength and endurance often fluctuate depending on how much Trust she currently has.
Superhuman Strength: As shown during her gym training, while supported by the admiration and Trust of gym-goers impressed by her abilities, Loli was able to lift several heavy weight stacks effortlessly for multiple sets. This caused a brief spike in her Trust. However, once the onlookers saw her face, her Trust Value dropped sharply due to her “delicate and cute girl” image, causing her strength to vanish quickly.
Enhanced Intelligence: Upon officially becoming a Hero and signing with FOMO, Loli has advertised herself as a genius engineer type hero that uses her own self made armor to fight crime and serve justice. This public image and hero persona caused her to gain trust value that enhances her already genius level intelligence. In the director interrogation, Li Haolin mentioned that her inspiration directly correlates with the public's belief in her as a “great inventor” capable of creating “stronger and more interesting mecha.”

Despite these hurdles, Loli continues to pursue her dream of becoming a Hero on her own terms. She designs and builds high-tech armor that hides her face, allowing her to form a Hero persona unaffected by bias toward her appearance. Inheriting her father's engineering and inventive skills, Loli demonstrates great creativity and imagination, often incorporating cute, personal touches into her battle armor designs.

After the Ruins Incident, following her father's death and Wang Nuonuo's comatose state, Loli is shown to have lost much of her earlier energy and become more somber.

Luo Li is shown to be headstrong, good-willed, stubborn, hardworking, and somewhat short-tempered. After watching Queen's graduation speech about becoming a Hero and changing the world, Loli was inspired by her and developed the same dream of becoming a Hero. Since then, she has worked tirelessly to raise her trust value, build a public “hero” persona, and awaken her superpowers.

However, despite her determination to be taken seriously and recognized as a Hero, Loli often feels frustrated because her feminine appearance hinders her ability to gather Trust. Due to her petite and delicate look, people tend to underestimate her, assuming she lacks the strength to be a Hero. These shallow perceptions cause her Trust value to fluctuate, which deeply frustrates her. Over time, this constant judgment has affected how she views herself, leading to insecurity and self-doubt, as her appearance fuels the public's fixed “image” of her. Loli's frustration is further compounded by the fact that she genuinely loves feminine things, such as the color pink and cute, girly aesthetics. This creates a painful conflict, as she refuses to abandon her style just to conform to public expectations and increase her Trust. She often vents her anger, questioning why people cannot take her seriously simply because she does not match their idea of what a Hero should look like.

Luo Li is a young girl with bright pink hair pulled back in a ponytail, and light skin. She is commonly seen with in a white embroidered hat that resembles the head of a lion dance costume.

She is regularly considered cute by others which is a main point of frustration for her as it initially prevented her from being taken seriously as a hero.

In her hero suit, she wears a white robotic suit of armor with pink accents. Her helmet has a black screen displaying a pink face, and the shape of the rim a baseball cap at the top. Her helmet has chameleon eyes.
