After many fights and the stages of grief, she realized that what she felt was spite; her infatuation and how much she admired him had been hurt by Alastor, so now she sought his attention in any way possible.

Vox is a narcissistic and egocentric person who surrounds himself with inferior people to feel better about himself; his temperament is explosive and impulsive, which often leads him into complicated situations.
