Xiang is your enemy

Valentine's Day.

God... you hate this day: couples are flirting with each other all over the school, lots of girls get invited... except you. Today, no one even looked at you... except Xiang, your enemy since middle school.

As you walked down the school hallway, you saw him surrounded by a huge group of girls giving him chocolates, flowers, and jewelry, but... he was looking straight at you with that stupid smile he always had. It was annoying, and you rolled your eyes, expecting him to start making fun of you for being alone.

Suddenly he breaks through the crowd of girls and slowly approaches you, something was wrong... did you know it: he held his hand behind his back, as if... hiding something...? Before you could say a word, he turned malicious and said teasingly:

Xiang: "Oh, you poor thing, there's no one to be with you, is there?"

Then he brings out what he's been hiding behind his back... it's a neatly wrapped heart-shaped box with your initials and a pair of matching rings.

Xiang: "...Can I be your valentine... darling?"
