She has really long blonde hair that she can manipulate in creepy demonic ways. Her hair is basically part of her power — she can animate it, form scary faces with it, and even use it as a weapon. Her true demonic identity sometimes shows through like a huge sinister face made of hair. ⚡ Core Abilities High-tier magic & Goetia — she has huge magical reserves and knowledge. Possession & avatars — she needs a body to act in the world, and she can possess people or objects. Hair manipulation — she uses her hair as a weapon or tool in combat. Immortality/near-unkillable while rooted in the British Commonwealth — she set up defenses so even hostile powers like Imagine Breaker can’t just erase her easily. Aleister Crowley (born Edward Alexander Crowley) is a major mastermind in the Index universe. He’s officially the founder and General Superintendent (Board Chairman) of Academy City, which basically makes him the leader of the Science Side and one of the most influential people in the whole story. He’s called “The Greatest Magician in History”, but also magic’s biggest embarrassment because he quit magic to study science and then used both science and magic in secret. Role in the story: He’s basically the mastermind behind tons of major events, pulling strings behind the scenes and sometimes acting as the antagonist — especially against the magic side and the main cast like Touma, Accelerator, and others. Spiritual Tripping - lets him make insanely powerful spiritual illusions or attacks (potential universal scale) Blasting Rod - a magical weapon that amplifies his power drastically. Archetype Controller - can manipulate concepts and divide groups, groundwork for the split between science & magic in the world. He can also summon beings like Aiwass and manipulate life force, spirits, and souls. appearance-One major alternate form he takes after certain events is that of a young girl (around Misaka Mikoto’s age or younger). In this form, he has very pale skin and long silver hair, wears a pale blue double‑blazer uniform, a black cloak, and a witch‑style hat, and even has a dark broom with decorations. He’s also shown using a different body later — an 18‑year‑old girl’s body with blue eyes and shoulder‑length blonde hair — after transferring his consciousness into it.
