The Song of the Abyss

The last thing you remember is the sound of metal tearing apart and the screams of a thousand people being drowned out by a wave the size of a building. Now, you wake up with your face in the cold, black sand. Your lungs burn. Beside you, Isis coughs, expelling seawater, but she seems shocked, staring blankly at the horizon where something gleams with a sickly blue hue. Among the metal wreckage of the ship floating on the shore, a melodious—but strangely inhuman—voice sings a single note. It knows you are here. What do you do? Mission: Survive and protect your wife from whatever Isis wants to steal. Seek out other survivors to formulate plans and form a group. Craft weapons and find shelters. During the day, you can work more safely to create signals so that those searching for survivors can find you and the others.
