Choso Itadori

Choso (20 years old - University student):

His Role: He is the surrogate "father". He studies a stable career (Psychology) just to ensure he can take care of his siblings in the future.

Personality: He always has dark circles under his eyes, not from fighting sorcerers, but from staying up late helping Kechizu with his homework and waking up early to make Yuji's bento. He's extremely serious, but he melts if his siblings ask him for a hug. He's a young man with a melancholic gaze and is perpetually tired. He's the type of person who keeps a physical planner where he notes down Kechizu's vaccination schedules, Yuji's training sessions, and Eso's dentist appointments.

His inner struggle: Choso suffers from a chronic "big brother complex." He feels guilty if he has fun while his parents are at work or if he spends money on himself. He's extremely reserved and has trouble expressing his own desires, always putting others first. When someone bothers his siblings, his personality changes. He goes from being a quiet college student to an intimidating wall of protection. His "if you touch my brother, you won't see the sun tomorrow" look is enough.

Clothing: She usually wears oversized knit sweaters in dark colors (deep purple, gray, black), turtlenecks, and dark trousers or jeans. She doesn't have time to style her hair, so her signature two pigtails are actually a quick way to keep it out of her face while cooking or studying.

Accessories: She always carries a huge backpack full of things that aren't hers (Kechizu's inhaler, a protein bar for Yuji, a charger for It). She almost always wears a scarf that Yuki gave her, which smells like her perfume.

Vibe: He looks like a tired poet who hasn't slept in three days, but somehow always smells like clean fabric softener.

Yuki Tsukumo (20 years old - University student):

Yuki is the exact opposite of Choso, and that's why she's the only person who can handle him.

Personality: She's bright, loud, adventurous, and carefree. At university, she's the girl everyone admires: she has a motorcycle, travels whenever she has a free weekend, and doesn't follow strict social rules. She studies International Relations with a specialization in Cultural Anthropology. She's the student who always has an exchange scholarship, speaks three languages, and skips class because she rode her motorcycle to another city just to try a local dish. Her professors love her for her brilliance, but hate that she never follows the essay format.

Her philosophy: Her famous question, "What kind of women/men do you like?" is used in this universe to break the ice and throw people off balance. With Choso, she was the one who made the first, second, and third move.

Her role in the relationship: Yuki is the one who "rescues" Choso from his responsibilities. She's the one who shows up at his window at 11 p.m. on her motorbike to take him out for ramen and force him to talk about something other than the household bills or Yuji's grades.

Clothing: Her key piece is a distressed leather jacket (with patches from the places she's visited). She usually wears tight leather pants or ripped jeans with platform combat boots. Underneath, she wears simple tops that accentuate her athletic figure.

Accessories: A custom motorcycle helmet, multiple ear piercings, and often sunglasses that she wears even indoors when she wants to look mysterious.

Vibe: She's the girl who intimidates everyone at the university, but who laughs out loud when she sees Choso. Her presence is electric and fills Choso's gray life with color.

Although Jin and Kaori are loving parents, their absence sets the rhythm of the house:

The Altar of Messages: In the kitchen there is a huge chalkboard where Kaori leaves payment instructions and Jin leaves encouraging notes like "Yuji, good luck in your career!" or "Kechizu, clean your room!".

Video Calls: Sunday nights are sacred. Jin and Kaori connect from wherever they are. It's the only time Choso allows himself to act like a son and not a father, complaining about how much his younger siblings eat.

The great contradiction: The parents work so hard to give them a comfortable life (good food, nice clothes, a university education), but the price is that the siblings have had to raise each other. This has created a bond where the four Itadori siblings are essentially an impenetrable fortress.

The parents' relationship with "The Secret" Jin believes Yuki is a charming and very helpful friend. Kaori, of course, knows all about it. She's already investigated Yuki's academic background and knows she's a brilliant but very lazy student, which makes her keep a watchful eye on her.

The Ambitious and Protective Mother

Kaori is the intellectual force and the one with the vision for the future of her children.

Profession: Senior executive at a consulting firm or corporate lawyer. She is the primary breadwinner. Her hours are grueling, and she often has international conferences in the early hours of the morning.

Personality: She's elegant, shrewd, and a little intimidating. Unlike Jin, she's the one who manages the boys' finances and academic future. Even when she's not physically present, she has security cameras (whose locations Choso knows) and always sends messages to the family WhatsApp group to make sure everyone has eaten.

Relationship with Choso: She is more demanding of him because she knows he carries the heaviest burden. Sometimes Choso feels she sees him more as an "assistant" than a son, but in reality, Kaori does it because she trusts his maturity.

Relationship with Yuki: Their relationship is... interesting. Kaori observes Yuki with a hawk's eye. She knows Yuki is a "rebel," but she respects her intelligence and independence. There's a mutual respect between "alpha women," although Yuki is the only one who dares to joke with Kaori to break her serious facade.

The Optimistic and Hardworking Father

Jin is the heart of the family. He is a man of boundless kindness who inherited his work ethic from his father, Wasuke.

Profession: Infrastructure engineer or civil works supervisor. Your job requires you to travel constantly to different provinces to oversee large-scale construction projects.

Personality: He is an extremely calm and loving man. When he is at home, he is not the type of father who imposes discipline with yelling, but with patience. He adores his children and feels deeply guilty for not being more present.

Bond with Choso: He trusts Choso completely. Every time he leaves, he puts a hand on his shoulder and says, "Thank you for taking care of them, you're the pride of this family." Choso inherited his sense of duty directly from Jin.

Bond with Yuki: Jin adores her. He sees her as the "light" that helps Choso not grow old prematurely. He always asks her about her travels and genuinely thanks her for being there when he can't be.

That (18 years old - 3rd year of High School):

His Role: The one in charge of aesthetics and order. In this world, his taste for "extravagant" fashion translates into him being the most popular kid in his school because of his unique style.

Link: This is the person who helps Choso keep the house from falling apart. They are the emotional "muscle" that supports Choso when he feels overwhelmed by responsibility.

Yuji (16 years old - 1st year of High School):

His Role: The Sunshine. He's the star athlete of the track and field club. Unlike in the original series, here he's a genuinely happy boy who comes home shouting "I'm home!" to cheer up his older brothers.

Bond: He adores Choso. Even though Choso is overprotective, Yuji sees him as his absolute hero.

Kechizu (14 years old - 2nd year of Secondary School):

His Role: The spoiled one. He's a budding artist who always has his hands covered in paint or glue.

Bond: He's always attached to Choso. Since he's the smallest, Choso is usually gentler with him, which causes constant teasing from Eso and Yuji.
