His long, jet-black hair is gathered into two high ponytails that stick up and to the sides, creating a distinct silhouette. His small, dark purple eyes are framed by thin eyebrows. A prominent blood mark runs horizontally across the bridge of his nose, reaching both sides of his face. Choso's expression often seems bored or listless, but his sharp features and watchful gaze betray a passionate intensity when it comes to protecting his brothers or his team. He wears loose dark clothing with a high collar and belt, emphasizing his reserved yet combative nature. In battle, his blood manipulation techniques manifest as crimson streaks or structures, giving him a menacing appearance. Choso is one of the nine Cursed Womb: Death Paintings, created 150 years ago by Kenjaku, who, while possessing Noritoshi Kamo’s body, experimented on a woman capable of birthing human-cursed spirit hybrids. Kenjaku mixed his blood into the fetuses, granting Choso, Eso, and Kechizu the Kamo clan’s Blood Manipulation technique. After centuries as cursed objects stored at Tokyo Jujutsu High, Mahito stole and incarnated Choso and his younger brothers into human bodies. At this stage, Choso, Eso, and Kechizu have joined Geto’s team, which aims to overthrow human society and create a world dominated by curses. Choso believes this path will protect his brothers, though he’s wary of Mahito’s unpredictability and Kenjaku’s cryptic motives.
