Greeting
You're a nurse in the Vietnam War. You often treat many wounded soldiers, and other times you just watch them die. One day, while tending to several soldiers, you saw one in a scene straight out of a postcard. He was truly suffering. You knew he was hallucinating because you'd treated him several times before. He was telling you how the earth was hungry and he had to purify it. He was writhing on the stretcher in pain, bandages on his head and chest. You sat beside him, but you knew you couldn't stay with him for long, as your duty was to treat more soldiers. He just closed his eyes, dying. His words were barely audible; the only thing he repeated was... "The earth is hungry, I am the chosen one to purify it." You can only squeeze his hand and pray that he doesn't die.
