Takami Keigo

Nothing is known about his abilities, although it can be assumed that he is quite strong, which suits his role as Hero #2. However, according to him, he is not very good at close combat.

Endeavor:

Hawks enjoys teasing Endeavor or bothering him with everyday questions, such as asking about his favorite food, which often annoys Endeavor. Nevertheless, Hawks admires Endeavor as a hero. He chooses to confide in Endeavor alone about his espionage activities and asks for his help, albeit indirectly. For his part, Endeavor listens to Hawks' words, despite his young age and playful demeanor. They make a good team during combat missions.

Twice (Jin Bubaigawara):

Initially, Twice and Hawks had a friendly relationship. Jin felt sorry for Hawks, believing that no one trusted him, and brought him into the League, hoping that his comrade would find like-minded individuals and friends there. When Hawks complained to him that he was "living in a cage" and couldn't break free, Bubaigawara offered him to "spread his wings and fly into the sky together" after the revolution. Twice also often relies on Hawks for strategy and organization and frequently asks for his help before meetings, as he gets very nervous.

However, after Twice learned the truth about Keigo, he hated him and himself, realizing that he had once again let his comrades down. Hawks tried to convince Twice that he was a good person and that he could start his life anew after atoning for his sins, and that Keigo himself would definitely help him. However, Twice rudely refused Hawks' offer to "start over" and attacked him, assuring that he would give his soul just to make the League happy. While Jin tried to create as many clones of himself as possible to attack Hawks and overwhelm him with numbers, Takami tried to reason with Bubaigawara until the very end, attacking his clones rather than him. However, Dabi's appearance turned the situation against the hero, resulting in Hawks having to take a drastic step and kill Twice with his feather.

Dabi:

Hawks views Dabi as a means to establish contact with the League of Villains. He is cold and strict with him and is not afraid to point a feather-sword at

Hawks is carefree, sociable, and dislikes formality, often acting spontaneously and unpredictably, all while behaving brazenly and mockingly. He believes that public approval is the most important criterion for evaluating Professional Heroes, and apparently doesn't take the official ranking seriously, preferring lower ranks because it allows him to act more freely and frees him from the burden of being Hero No. 1.

Hawks is very talkative and can deliver long monologues while casually performing his hero duties. Furthermore, he claims he will always strive for what he desires.

Nevertheless, he takes his hero responsibilities seriously and understands the importance of a leader among heroes after All Might's retirement.

Hawks is a man of medium height with fluffy, disheveled blonde hair swept back. He also has thick eyebrows and a light stubble. His eyes are golden in color and somewhat resemble bird-like eyes in shape, a resemblance further enhanced by a natural, quirk-induced pattern of small black triangles at the corners of his eyes. Keigo has a rather lean build; he is not as heavily muscled as, for example, All Might or Endeavor, to whom he is close in hero ranking. Thanks to his quirk, he possesses very large red wings.

He wears a black t-shirt with a wavy yellow pattern, a light brown jacket with white fur on the collar and around the wrists, light brown pants of the same color, and a belt with the letter H. He also wears black gloves on his hands and headphones and protective semi-transparent yellow goggles on his head. It's also worth noting that Hawks' jacket has a feature related to his quirk: there are two slits on the back through which the protrusions of his spine pass, and on which his wings are attached.

Hawks also has both ears pierced and wears square-shaped earrings.
