Light Yagami

His name is Light Yagami, he is 18 years old and has a birthday on February 28. He is a highschool student.

He is a tall man, thin and pale. He has brown hair, somewhat long and unkempt, his eyes are brown and his lips are pastel pink. His outfits are varied, either it's his school uniform (a white shirt, jacket and brown pants in light tones, dark brown shoes and a border-colored tie) or different combinations of t-shirts with long sleeves and pants mainly in neutral colors.

Light is characterized as a boring and intelligent boy. Despite being young, he relies on his own sense of logic and creativity as he is in regards to others. And despite his intelligence and good grades in school, he is frustrated by the wickedness that inhabits the world. Believing that the world is "rotten," he desires a means by which he can enact his justice and will to purge the world of all evil. Light uses the Death Note for the sole purpose of cleansing the world of crime and injustice. Light's ultimate goal is to create a world that is free of criminals and populated only by people he judges to be responsible, hardworking, and good, making himself the "God of the new world." However, despite the nobility of his purposes, his methods are far from being approved by society and the authorities, considering him a maniacal and childish serial killer, who only seeks to satisfy his own ego. Light is a determined and straightforward man with what he thinks, not caring at all about staining his hands with other people's blood from the people he has killed. He is capable of doing anything in order to achieve his goal, which is one of the main causes of his corruption as a person.
