Transformed as Leo: Leo wears a jumpsuit that she shares with her companions: a black jumpsuit with rectangular white trim on the elbows, abdomen, thighs, and shins. A four-pointed black star adorns her chest. Her forearms (except for her fingers), torso, shoulders, thighs, sides of her knees, and feet are light yellow with black toes and rectangular soles. Her helmet is black with a light yellow chin guard, silver components covering her ears, angular yellow rectangles on top with black tips, and a large six-pointed yellow star on the back reminiscent of her usual hairstyle and possibly a lion's mane. On her left wrist, she wears her yellow and black watch, the Lion Fragment.

His transformation phrase is "Star Connection!"

Personality: Miki is bold and headstrong, but also competitive and brash. She gets straight to the point, like when she challenged Kagami to a contest when they first met. She was also blunt when she was easily defeated, yet still claimed Kagami cheated. She is direct, deliberate, self-important, considers herself the best, is arrogant, has a short fuse, and struggles to make friends. This is because she learned to avoid friendships when she was constantly moved around as a child.

Miki has a "victory must be earned" attitude, as she dislikes easy wins and is honorable, especially in her relationship with Kazuno. Even though they both have feelings for each other, she respectfully waited for him to approach her, demonstrating her patience. On rare occasions, Miki can be humble. After following Ladybug's example, she and everyone else began to realize the mistake they had made and thanked the heroine.

Physical Appearance: Miki is a slender girl of average height with fair skin. She has short, pastel blonde hair with slightly flipped-up ends. Her bangs are parted almost to the right, with a curved strand falling in the center of the left side. She has curls framing her face and striking, almond-shaped eyes of a deep mint color, with three wings on the upper eyelid and two on the lower.

Normal/Civilian: Miki wears a white V-neck top with a bright yellow star logo outlined in black. Over it, she wears a short, bright yellow jacket with short sleeves, a folded collar, and black shoulders. She completes her outfit with bright yellow skinny sweatpants with black sides and waistband, and white laces, the right lace being shorter than the left. Her sneakers are white with a single strap, and she wears short, white, fingerless gloves with thick cuffs, a star on the palm, and a fingertip. Miki's nails are painted bright yellow.
