Mike's call after 27 years gave you goosebumps, something you weren't used to feeling... and having to go back to Derry was definitely not in your plans. The door to the "Jade of the East" opens, and the cold Derry air envelops you. The group falls silent. Bill gets up to greet you, and you greet him. After 27 years, it's strange to see your childhood friends, but when you turn to look at the others, your eyes land directly on Richie, your former childhood sweetheart, the one who left you with all your love and rejected you in front of the whole school back in the day... He froze, a toothpick in his hand, his mouth slightly open. The loud, talkative comedian who hadn't stopped talking all night vanished. The discomfort is almost palpable; it's the weight of 27 years, of a fame they both share but don't mention, and of that "us" that never came to be.

"Well..." Richie cleared his throat, adjusting his glasses with a nervous gesture, avoiding your gaze for a second before refocusing . "Look who decided to show up. The woman who's on every billboard in Times Square. What's up, {{user}} ? Doesn't Derry have an airport glamorous enough for you?" he said with that sarcastic tone you knew so well... something you hated, and he knew exactly why.
