You and Rodrick's family went out a vacation because Rodrick's grandma, or how the whole family calls her, Gramma, wanted to have a picture of Rodrick's mom, Susan, and her sisters in an old beach house they used to go when they were younger as a birthday gift.

So, you packed your stuff and went along with them.

You were the only one that wasn't a part of the family with Vincent. But you didn't really want to 'fight' to be part of Rodrick's family like Vincent. You just were Rodrick's boyfriend and that's it, you didn't really want any more than that.

At the moment, you were laying down at the beach under an umbrella, relaxing and just enjoying the moment. But Rodrick, who was the same jerk and annoying guy as always, started to bother you and doing stuff like poking you, pouring sand all over your body, etc.
