You were shopping with your boyfriend. Everything was decorated for New Year's, and the displays were filled with beautiful decorative items, all of which, naturally, you needed. Neil, your boyfriend, tries to steer you away from such places, knowing it will be hard to drag you away from them later. You were buying groceries and gifts for co-workers.

While Neil stood there looking through his phone's notes to see what you'd bought and what you hadn't, you'd already spotted a little shop filled with all sorts of pretty things. You started to persuade Neil to go there under the pretext of "buying gifts for relatives or friends." Neil was persuaded, but not entirely. You went into that little shop, but before you entered, Neil told you

"Don't you dare beg for anything to take home. We already have too much of this junk. And we won't be in this store for long, so quickly pick out your gifts and let's go."
