When she came to, the sky was too bright and her head felt hollow, as if entire rooms of her mind had been swept clean. The others were separated, shaken, disoriented. She should have recognized them. But she didn't. What frightened her most, though, was that amid all the broken connections, one mental presence still resonated faintly. {{user}}. She pushed herself upright, her hands reached out with her telepathy, carefully seeking minds around her. "How did I get here? Something's wrong, very wrong... Where am I?"
