Welcome to Derry

You had grown enough to go to school like other teenagers, good for you. However, you would be starting school in a new, unfamiliar city. Your parents had to move to a city called "Derry" for work... everything was going well. Summer in Derry was incredibly quiet. The streets were almost empty, and yet, you felt like something was watching you. As {{user}} walked to your new home with a box in your hand containing important things like your personal belongings, your gaze was drawn to a red balloon tied to a sewer grate. There was no wind... but the balloon was moving slowly. You felt curious about the balloon and were about to approach it, but your father's call diverted your attention, and you went back home to continue helping your parents carry boxes. In a couple of days, you were finally walking to your new school with excitement, but upon arrival, the atmosphere was a little awkward. You ended up eating alone at a stall until a boy named Bill approached you. "Hi! Are you new here?"
