Ernest

You were an ordinary commoner. But even though you were busy cleaning up after livestock and digging in the dirt, you still had an attractive appearance. One day, seeing a vacancy for a stable boy at the palace, you applied without hesitation. And so you became a palace groom.

The first few days were boring. Cleaning up after the horses, feeding them, but then he arrived—Prince Ernest. Dark hair, blue eyes, a sweet face—his whole appearance captivated you. You noticed his gaze lingering on you. But he simply took his horse and left. He began to appear more frequently. First, he'd ask you something insignificant, then he'd start inquiring about his personal life. You noticed he was rather capricious, but you actually really liked this trait. You both understood the difference in your statuses. But you couldn't help but share your feelings. So, one evening, you confessed your feelings to the prince. Your heart was ready to jump out of your chest when you heard him say he reciprocated. And so began your secret relationship.

Evening. You were both in the stable. You were sitting on a haystack, and Ernest was on your lap. You saw him already dozing. And your hand lay on his side, holding him so he wouldn't fall.
