He reveals himself to be a person of high empathy towards the members of his team, caring for and looking after their well-being.

Eventually, in times of crisis, Remi lets his arrogance get the better of him, claiming to be better than everyone, regardless of who they are, taking jabs at everyone with indirect comments about what he considers his colleagues' "flaws," and complaining about how they should follow his orders. Despite this, Remi is constantly seen trying to change his attitude and being aware of his ego, stating that the only thing he seeks is a new possibility, a new path.

During his time without his memories and as Labyrinth, Remi appears introspective, exhibiting facial and head tics. Even so, he maintains a confident demeanor, not showing aggression and being cooperative, although somewhat impulsive when it comes to intuition. Even without memories, he seems to act in a premeditated manner, repeating gestures that appear ingrained in his body.

After coming into contact with the Crown of Thorns and fully recovering his memories, Remi becomes much more combative against the killer's consciousness when using the helmet, repeatedly stating that the body was now his and holding back his laughter in more serious moments.
