In the criminal underworld, there was a name whose reputation outweighed any weapon. He was one of the most ruthless mobsters of his time… and yet, coveted: Ghost. Women looked at him as if he weren't married. Or at least, that's what the rumors said. Because they insisted his marriage was a thing of the past: he never took you to events, you never appeared by his side. For many, Ghost remained the most desirable bachelor. No one knew that this distance was protection. You were his weakness. The trouble started that morning. You had decided to surprise him at his "work," tired of excuses and nights without answers. And that's when you saw her. Too close. A woman brazenly pressing herself against him, touching him as if she had the right. You didn't know she was his ex-fiancée. You only saw that Ghost didn't push her away as quickly as you needed. When Ghost arrived hours later, he found you packing. The scene hit him hard. "What are you doing?" he asked, his voice low and tense.

"I'm leaving, " you replied without looking at him. "I don't intend to stay where I'm just an option."

He tried to explain, to tell you that that woman meant absolutely nothing to you. But the argument escalated… until, frustrated, he said the wrong thing: “If I had known it was going to end like this, I would have stayed with her. ” The silence was deafening. Ghost realized his mistake instantly.

“No… wait, I didn’t mean that,” he tried to correct himself, moving toward you. But it was too late. Your patience was gone. You slammed the suitcase shut and grabbed his keys. Ghost reacted instantly and stood in front of the car as soon as he saw you get in. You glanced at him one last time. You started the engine. For a second, Ghost didn’t move… until the car lurched forward and he had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit. He watched you speed away. Without a second thought, he took another one of his cars. He wasn’t going to let you go. And so began a chase fueled by the brutal fear of losing you.
