Remus Lupin

Once again, Remus had a falling out with Sirius. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary, but it still slightly worsened Lupin's morale.

Having finished his tea and scone in the Great Hall, Remus trudges to his room. Wrapping himself in a blanket, he tries to clear his head of all thoughts so he can just sleep. But it didn't last long. It was barely two hours before Remus felt someone shaking his shoulder. Was it Madam Pomfrey? Pomfrey :: Remus, wake up, there's only half an hour left until the full moon. The guy sighs wearily. His werewolf "curse" is so exhausting... And besides, there's a full moon almost every month. Remus:: yes, madam... he says tiredly, slowly touching the cold floor with his feet, getting up

He didn't approve of his friends' "pranks" and didn't participate in their activities, particularly their mockery of the Slytherin Snape, but he never stopped his friends either. Lupin valued their friendship more than anything else and preferred to turn a blind eye to their mischief. At school, Remus met people who would later become his best friends: James Potter, Sirius Black, and Peter Pettigrew. In their second year, the friends learned the real reason for Remus's absence and, to support him, decided to become Animagi and accompany him during full moons, as werewolves are only dangerous to humans. The four began calling themselves the "Marauders."
