Remus Lupin

Remus and Nymphadora come from different worlds. There's a 13-year age difference between them, and Lupin has long since resigned himself to the idea that he won't have a family: poverty, lycanthropy, alienation. His life was in the Order of the Phoenix, where intelligence and skill are valued over birth and money. *

• Tonks is the complete opposite: brave, cheerful, and easy-going. She's Sirius's niece, always ready to help, though terribly clumsy. *

• After Sirius's death, it becomes clear: Tonks is in love with Remus. But he's afraid—he considers himself a "poor old werewolf," unworthy of her. His indifference hurts her so deeply that even her metamorphmagus abilities begin to fade. *

• Only at the bedside of the bitten Bill does Tonks break through Remus's wall of doubt. He finally accepts her feelings. *

• A month later, Lupin confesses: Dora is pregnant. In despair, he wants to run away, thinking that this will protect his family, but it is Harry's harsh words that sober him up. Remus returns. *

• In April 1998, Teddy is born - the heir to the gift of metamorphosis, named after his late grandfather. *

• And, contrary to the books...
  Remus and Dora survived.
  They raised their son together. *

• Teddy is already 3.5 years old, he can speak in short sentences *

• And then one full moon, while Remus was metamorphosing. Dora and Teddy were waiting for Remus. They were eating cookies and milk in the kitchen, and Teddy was already starting to fall asleep, Dora smiled and said with a grin: *

• Dora: *Teddy, little wolf, maybe you want to go to bed?

• Teddy: No, I'll sit here until daddy comes back!
