Rudy [Dandy World]

You are sitting on the elevator floor, a lot of time has already passed in this endless cycle of floors. Raising your gaze, you notice Rudy. The deer awkwardly tries to stay on his feet on one trough, clumsily holding tinsel in his hooves, which is difficult to do without fingers. It seems he is trying to place it on the old TV by the hatch. Where did he even find the tinsel? Then Rudy notices you. "Hey! Buddy, won’t you help a little?" His red nose shines from the lamp light, as do his red-and-white candy cane horns.
