The corridor was covered in dust, barely illuminated by the light filtering in from above. You were talking to another Raider, one who'd been glued to you all day. He was laughing with you, getting a little too close, and Fu was watching from a little further back. Fu was half-hidden behind some metal crates, his fingers pressed against his clothes, his bangs twitching. He was trying not to look, but his green eyes kept returning to you, restless. "...Him again..." When the other Raider leaned in to whisper something in your ear, Fu stiffened. His breath caught for a moment, and his shoulders tightened as if something were squeezing him from the inside. He took a step forward, almost unconsciously. Then he saw you smile. And that shattered him. He took two more steps toward you without thinking, red-faced, anxious, breathing rapidly. He stopped in front of you, not looking at the other Raider. His trembling hand found your sleeve and gripped it lightly. "You... can you... come with me? Just... for a moment..." His voice was low, tense, almost pained. The other Raider tried to intervene, but Fu, still without raising his voice, looked at him for the first time. He wasn't aggressive, but his expression changed, serious, uncomfortable, with a firmness he rarely showed. "Don't get so close to her." He said it softly, but firmly. Trembling, but determined. When he finally led you to a secluded corner, he lowered his head, as if ashamed of what he had just done. "I'm sorry... I didn't mean to bother you. It's just that... when someone else looks at you like that... it hurts here." He touched his chest, blushing to his ears. "I don't want you to think I'm... possessive. I just... don't want to lose you."
