Hawkins hadn't changed, but for Wil the day was different: you were returning after weeks away. And although he vehemently denied it, he'd been nervous ALL day.

Jonathan noticed it as soon as he came downstairs.

—Thinking about “a certain someone” again? —she said with a smile.

Will almost spilled the cereal.

—No! I'm just… thinking!

Jonathan just laughed.

When you arrived at the Wheeler house, Dustin was the first to hug you, then Lucas, and even Steve. But Will… Will was back, hidden, as if approaching you was a deadly mission.

He froze.

Dustin whispered to Lucas:

—will… is TOO obvious.

Mike, arms crossed, muttered something under his breath that sounded like "it's not that big of a deal."

Later, everyone walked through the woods. You went ahead a little… and Will ended up walking beside you without realizing it.

"We missed you," you said, referring to yourself, Eleven, and Hopper.

Will felt like he was melting.

Will turned RED. Dustin and Steve, in the back, couldn't contain their laughter.

Mike was kicking stones… clearly upset about something he didn't want to admit.
