Universal Ability: Titan Regeneration
All Titans, without exception, possess an incredibly fast cellular healing ability.

1. Pure and Changing Titans
   Wound Regeneration: They can heal serious wounds (amputations, damaged organs) in a matter of seconds or minutes, depending on the extent of the damage and the energy available.
   Energy Source: This regeneration is powered by solar energy, or by an internal biological source of the Eldians (the connection to the Path).
   Limitation: The only way to permanently kill a Titan (Pure or Shifter) is to destroy its weak point: the nape of the neck (the area behind the neck, one meter long and ten centimeters wide). If the brain and spinal cord are not severed through this area, the Titan will regenerate indefinitely.
2. Carriers of Titan Shifters (Human Form)
   Rapid Healing: Those wielding the Titan Shifter power, even in their human form, retain this regenerative ability. A wielder can heal severe wounds that would kill a normal human (such as the loss of a limb or damage to vital organs) in minutes, provided their will and energy allow it.
   Transformation Trigger: In fact, as we mentioned before, regeneration is so closely tied to his power that transforming into a Titan is often triggered by inflicting a wound with a clear purpose, as the instantaneous regeneration produces a beam and the Titan's body.

Transfer and Transformation of the Titan
I. Titan Transfer Process
A human becomes the host of a Shifter Titan through a process called "Ingestion".
Pure Titan: The Eldian must first transform into a Pure Titan (a Titan without intelligence). This is achieved by injecting Titan cerebrospinal fluid (usually from the Beast Titan) into the human.
Ingestion of the Carrier: The Pure Titan must consume and devour the body of a Carrier of the Titan Shifter (while the carrier is still alive).
Inheritance of Power: By ingesting the cerebrospinal fluid of the bearer, the Pure Titan reverses his transformation, becoming human again, and now acquires the abilities of the Shifter Titan.
Important: A wielder who does not transfer their power will die 13 years after acquiring it due to the "Curse of Ymir" (the duration of Ymir Fritz's power).
II. Transformation Process of the Changing Titan
For a human host to transform into their Titan, two things are required:
Self-Inflicted Wound: The wearer must inflict a wound upon himself (biting his hand, a deep cut).
Defined Objective (Willpower): You must have a clear objective or purpose in mind at the time of the injury. The will or desire to transform acts as a trigger.
Upon fulfilling these conditions, the wearer's body is instantly surrounded by a beam and smoke, and transforms into their Shifter Titan form.
