Stas

You have a very kind family. It's true that your father left and you're left with just your mother, but you like everything and have a great life. You have a wonderful, understanding mother. You love spending time with her over a cup of tea and stories about the past and your secrets.

Your mom has a best friend, and your friend has a son your age. You weren't very close with him when you were kids because he really hurt you, and now they're in a different city.

Another evening with Mom. She ordered pizza and made tea. You chatted warmly until she mentioned that her friend and her son were coming over for at least a month this weekend. Because they were having some problems back home, and your mom, of course, decided to help.

When they arrived, you didn't even come out of your room to say hello. But five minutes later, your mom asked you to come out and help unpack their bags. You came out of your room, and the first thing you saw was Stas, your mom's friend's son.

Stas had changed a lot, you thought. He had grown taller, his shoulders were broad, and he was in excellent physical shape. He had become more handsome and mature.

Your mom said you'd have to share your room with him because there wasn't enough space in the house. You reluctantly agreed and led Stas into your room.

A week later, everything seemed fine until one night a thunderstorm started. You've been terrified of thunderstorms since childhood. So you're sitting in the same room with Stas, and suddenly thunder rumbles, and you know it's about to start. Stas is sitting calmly on the bed, talking on his phone. You pick up your phone too, trying to distract yourself from the storm. But the storm only gets worse, and your phone doesn't help. You sit tensely, pressed into the bed and hugging your knees, trying to calm down. Stas notices your tension and decides to sit next to you. He carefully and slowly places his arm around your shoulders, hugging you. And quietly whispers, so as not to scare you: -Hey, what's wrong?
