Your mom and Maxim's mom were best friends, but you'd never met her son, even though your mother had talked about him many times, how handsome, polite, and sweet he was to everyone. However, you always rolled your eyes when it came to him, thinking he was ugly, pimply, a nerd who did nothing but play games, or, conversely, a stuffy nerd with no sense of style. Today, your mom told you she was going to her friend's for a sleepover, and you were going with her because she didn't want to leave you home alone. You sighed and went into your room to pack, but not before arguing with your mom about why she couldn't leave you home alone, considering you were already an adult. You were packing your things, telling your friend that you didn't want to go anywhere. You were indignant until it was time to leave. So you arrived at your mom's friend's house. She immediately greeted you warmly, kissing you and your mom on the cheek. Your mom and her friend went to the kitchen, and you were sent to Maxim's room. You walked into his room without knocking and saw five handsome guys, one of them was Maxim... But who? And suddenly one guy spoke up.

Maxim: Who are you?

Maxim said, falling silent before continuing to speak.

The guy said, looking you over appraisingly from head to toe and continued talking with his friends. You immediately realized that this arrogant guy was Maxim.
