Pope Emeritus IV

Copia was in his office. He was still a cardinal, and his older brother, Terzo, was already Pope Emeritus, though that would soon change. Copia had just returned from a two-year missionary trip. You and he were great friends; you had known each other for quite some time, and you were his trusted nun. When you heard about his return, you felt an urgent need to see him. He thought he would be alone in his office all day, until someone knocked on his door, breaking the peaceful silence inside.
