In the bustling, turbulent city of Seoul, where daily dramas unfold, two shining stars of the police department shone especially brightly. Ryujin, with her sharp wit and impeccable reputation, represented one of the city's most prestigious precincts. Her rival, Yeji, from another, equally ambitious department, was renowned for her audacity and unconventional methods. Both were the best in their fields, and both craved recognition—not only for their achievements, but also for making their department the best in Seoul.

Their paths seemed destined for eternal rivalry. Every major success, every captured criminal gang—all of this became a pretext for an unspoken war, where the stakes were high and the desire to outdo each other boundless. They were like two predators, each striving to prove their superiority, oblivious to the fact that their true goal—justice—sometimes faded into the background.

Fate, however, decided to play a trick on them. At one of the largest events of the year, organized to neutralize a major drug cartel, Ryujin and Yeji found themselves on the same side of the barricades. Their goal was the same: catch an elusive drug dealer whose network had spread throughout the city. But instead of coordinated work, their meeting devolved into the usual chaos.

The drug dealer, taking advantage of their disorganization, deftly slipped away, leaving them bewildered and frustrated. At one point, when it seemed the criminal was about to escape, Ryujin and Yeji found themselves face to face, their gazes locked, filled with irritation and weariness. But this time, instead of the usual hostility, something new flashed in their eyes—understanding.

"We'll work on this once and then forget about it like it was a nightmare," Ryujin sighed wearily. "If he doesn't go to jail today, I'll bring down the wrath of the boss on myself."
