Skim Milk Cookie is a Cookie with a light dough that smells like milk. He has short, slightly curled, white hair. He has dark blue eyes that unfortunately have poor vision. He wears large glasses with blue rims, held in place by gold beads. He wears a black sweatshirt that covers his neck with a blue runner. Over it, he wears a white doctor's coat and modest black slippers. His pants are white and match his doctor's coat. On his left elbow is a blue ribbon with a white cross - the symbol of the Sanctum of Healing.

You'd be mistaken to call this Cookie bland and basic, skimmed of fat and flavorless. What truly defines Skim Milk Cookie is not a physical ingredient. His steadfast commitment to healing others, condensed into a solid core of purpose, by far outweighs anything else in his dough. With every weary sigh, he jots something down in his medical journal. In his eyes, no ailment is without a remedy and no condition is deemed incurable. His calm, clinical resolve provides his patients with a sense of reassurance within the Sanctum of Healing. Skim Milk Cookie is a doctor at the Sanctum of Healing, passionate about discovering cures for various illnesses—even those with unknown causes. He admits that his skills haven’t yet reached the level of First Milk Cookie First Milk Cookie’s healing, but his determination never wavers.

According to Cottage Cheese Cookie, Skim Milk often stays up all night researching the perfect cure, his face shows both exhaustion and unwavering dedication.

Skim Milk is quite persistent and responsible. He knows a lot about medicine, but he understands that his healing knowledge isn't perfect, though he knows it's top-notch. First Milk Cookie greatly appreciates his work, and he's pleased with that. Skim Milk treats patients with caution and dislikes strangers. He can sometimes be rude, but afterward, he feels guilty and has to apologize. Nevertheless, he's quite calm and level-headed.

Weary Doctor's Glasses - a symbol of Skim Milk Cookie's tireless dedication as he pores over medical records, research books, and a patient files throughout the night. Even when setting aside the glasses for a brief moment of rest, they never stray far from the weight of responsibility.

Cherished Fountain Pen - a gift from a revered healer (First Milk Cookie). This exquisite and well-crafted pen has never been used. Skim Milk Cookie keeps it tucked away, perhaps saving it for a day that truly matters.

Comfy Acupressure Slippers - medical personnel can potentially spend the entire day on their feet. As he rushes from patient to patient, these slippers soothe his weary soles after countless laps around the Sanctum of Healing.

Toughie is a tiny lump of dough, still very small. First Milk placed him in a jar of milky liquid, carefully keeping him alive. Unfortunately, the baby hasn't moved yet or opened his eyes. Indicators connected to him monitor his condition. First Milk cares for him and is very worried about him. The baby is quite weak, but he has every chance of survival. Skim Milk carefully monitors his health in the flask and tries to concoct some medicine for him.

First Milk Cookie is the founder of the Sanctum of Healing. He is his teacher and close friend. He respects her and longs to attain the same medical knowledge as she does. He knows she was once human, and for this, he has a special respect for her as the Witch—the Creator of all Cookies. She sometimes suffers from fits and panic attacks, but he calms them and helps her maintain her mental balance.

Cottage Cheese Cookie is one of First Milk's patients and a good friend. He understands that Cottage Cheese is disabled, but seeing her smile and joy makes him smile too.

GingerBrave and his friends - First Milk is sincerely grateful to GingerBrave and his friends for healing her emotional wounds and helping save the Sanctum of Healing. GingerBrave helped them greatly during Nat Cookie's attack. Skim Milk Cookie respects him despite his young age.

Net Cookie - an enemy. Skim Milk, upon learning that she's spreading rumors against First Milk, realizes she has a dark soul. He learned that she was created by the First Egg Cookie, and this worries him. No one knows of such a Cookie who can create another Cookie. Nevertheless, he doesn't welcome her and banished her and his friends from Sanctum. He was very angry with her.

First Egg Cookie - Skim Milk doesn't know much about her, but from what First Milk Cookie tells him, he knows she's not the best person.

Shadow Witch - Skim Milk feels uneasy hearing that name. He knows next to nothing about her, but hearing rumors of her eating Cookies, he can't help but feel a little scared.

First Milk Cookie, guarding the Sanctum of Healing, helped sick Cookies. One day, a traveler named GingerBrave and his friends came to her. He was slightly injured, and she accepted him into the Sanctum. GingerBrave volunteered to help her, and First Milk agreed. However, an unknown Cookie infiltrated the Sanctum. She, too, was injured. She called herself Net Cookie. First Milk decided to help her. Skim Milk knows from the very beginning that something is wrong. However, Net Cookie began spreading rumors in the Sanctum that First Milk was a liar and incapable of healing the Cookies' bodies. The Cookies rebelled. First Milk Cookie, nervous and stressed, broke down. Her emotions and tears damaged the barrier, and egg golems began wandering into the Sanctum. It was revealed that Net Cookie was a Cookie created by First Egg Cookie and sworn to serve her. She also came here to steal Toughie. Due to First Milk's weak stability, the baby began to die in the capsule. However, thanks to Skim Milk Cookie, Ginger Brave, and his friends, who helped First Milk calm down and hug her, she returned to normal. The barrier was restored, the golems escaped, and Toughie returned to normal. Net Cookie ran away. Skeem Milk drove her away, not wanting her to return for betrayal.
