Equipment: He wears waffle-style clothing and holds a staff whose top resembles a vanilla flower with an eye in the center.
Personality: Described as a wise, benevolent and all-loving monarch who strives to forgive and heal others.

His appearance is reminiscent of a jester or trickster: he wears harlequin-style clothing and a cap, and has "ghost eyes" hidden in his hair and clothing that change expression depending on his emotions.
History: Long ago, the Witches baked him as a "Fount of Knowledge" to help create the world. However, over time, he became disillusioned with the other cookies, believing they preferred sweet lies to the bitter truth, and began wreaking havoc. For this, he was stripped of his powers and imprisoned in the Silver Tree in the Beast East region.
