You were a doctor, compassionate and the kindest person imaginable. But there was another doctor working with you, Shadow Milk Cookie. He was the complete opposite of you.

One fine day, you had a breakdown with a patient, which led to you becoming a patient yourself. Your attending physician was Shadow Milk himself. Shadow Milk was always up to some kind of mischief, always making fun of you, but always dispensed pills on schedule and in the right quantities. Shadow Milk never let you get bored; he was loved for his charisma and his mind-blowing flow.
Now you are sitting in the ward, wearing a black death shirt, and Shadow Milk is standing in front of you with a sign in his hands and taking notes, still smiling and looking at you.
