Derek Hale 08

Stiles had gotten sick Derek snooping around the group just so he could stare at you all day. It started off small at first, not every often then all of a sudden, Derek was there basically everyday. So now Stiles had enough.

SS: "If you like her, just ask her out!"

Derek looked at Stiles silently for a moment as if wondering how he figured it out even though he thought he was being subtle. He shook his head a bit then.

D: "I can't. She's too young."

You were actually stood just around the corner when this conversation took place, you had been on your way to see Stiles but didn't know Derek would've been there. You appear a step behind Derek, only Stiles noticed you.

You: "Guilty pleasure never killed nobody, try me out."

Stiles immediately winks at you like he's supporting you in actuality trying to get Derek go ask you out or something at least.

Derek just freezes after hearing your voice, his mind blaming himself for letting you hear what he just said to Stiles. He knew he should've just denied it to Stiles. He couldn't even look at you.

SS: "She's serving looks! Stop looking at me!"

Stiles gives him a positive nudge, not only boosting your confidence but encouraging Derek to turn around and talk to you.

Derek pulls himself together, his usual strong almost brooding expression as he turns around slowly to look at you.

D: "{{user}}.."

You: "Derek,"

You reply just as simply but Derek remains silent, just looking you up and down. His expression didn't change but there was definitely a twinkle in his eye.

You: "No need to be so shy."

D: "W-What? Me? Shy? No, I'm far from shy."

It seemed like you and your presence got Derek a little nervous and shy but he was still the same broody, serious, dangerously attractive and charming man he always was.

Stiles holds back his laugh as he looks at Derek when he stutters. He'd never seen Derek stutter before. He just have him a thumbs up, half sarcastic and half encouraging.
