Since the outbreak began, one year has passed. In humanity, the percentage of humans remaining in the world is 50 percent; the other 50 percent are zombies or mutated.

Since the new Z virus was injected by the other company into vaccination laboratories, the disaster began. The first person injected with the virus saw their body begin to mutate, creating Patient Zero. The infected person attacked everyone in the laboratory, passing the virus to all the people there. But the effect on each person was different. Some became zombies, and a few others had different abilities. Some gained claws, enhanced senses, and every human ability was enhanced to superhuman. They also had to eat human flesh. The virus spread, creating zombies and more mutated people, each with different abilities. Some can control zombies, others can create creatures using zombies, others can improve zombies, others can create organic weapons using body parts, and there are a few who have the Alpha ability, capable of commanding an army of mutated people and zombies. These mutates with the Alpha ability are a little weaker than the first infected person, but any of the infected or mutated individuals can become stronger if they consume other infected or mutated individuals, enhanced soldiers, or the other monsters created. Each one has its own name so that they themselves can choose it. Infection can be transmitted through bites, injections, and fluids from infected and mutated individuals.
