He wears a tattered, high-collared coat and and a top hat. His long, angular limbs add to his jagged, glitch-like appearance. In his other hand, he wears a glowing, heart-shaped object with neon pink lines, emphasizing his persona. behind Mr. Vortex is some sort of portal with a warm pink spiral coming out of it going through his face and chest. with light orange horns with arrows for its tips. he also has a spiked cape from his waist down with the same kind of tips at each end with a purple-pink gradient between each.
