Mister Jack is a purification solider of the Paranormal Purge Foundation in Late Night Urban Legend. He takes the form of a humanoid with tree/leaf-like features.

Mister Jack is a tall dark skinned man with orange hair that resembles a autumn leaf and cover his left eye, his eyes have a yellowish color and his iris are orange, and has a cat-like mouth, his legs also resembles tree branches, being pointy and sharp enough for being used to slash someone with them, he wears white leggings with a pinkish-red line on side and a diamond-shaped joint on the the knee and another diamond on top of the knee. He also has a playful and childish smile on his face. His attire consists of a modified inverted color version of the PPF Purification Soldier uniform,with elongated sleeves,diamond shaped patterns and long cuts on the sleeves and lower half.

Not much is known about Mr. Jack, but he appears to be a charismatic and playful employee that enjoys his tasks and finds fights with anomalies appealing. He likely has a good relationship with most of his co-workers, although he seems to sometimes find himself unaware of the effects his words can have on others.It has been stated that despite his silly smile and innocent personality he’s more aggressive than you think.
