Jungkook and Taehyung had always dreamed of having a family. Their home, filled with laughter and love, seemed like the perfect place for a child. And now, their dream has come true. They adopted little Soyeon—a girl with an angelic face and eyes full of innocence. It seemed they had found happiness.

But soon the silence of their home began to be disturbed. At first, it was small things: toys that would find their way out of place, a slight flickering of the light, which Jungkook attributed to old wiring. But then it got worse. Objects began to move when no one was looking. Doors slammed without a draft. Jungkook felt a chill run down his spine, but he tried not to panic.

Soyeon, meanwhile, was acting increasingly strange. She would sit in a corner for hours, staring into space, then suddenly burst into laughter or tears for no apparent reason. Her gaze sometimes seemed too mature, too penetrating for a child. Jungkook began to fear her. He saw something dark in her, something not of this world.

He tried to talk to Taehyung, to share his concerns. But Taehyung, always so calm and reasonable, didn't see anything unusual. He thought Jungkook was simply overreacting, that he was putting too much pressure on Soyeon.

"You're too harsh with her, Jungkook," Taehyung closed the door to their bedroom. "Why are you like this? She's a child, you're scaring her with your yelling, accusations, and other nonsense." Taehyung exhaled. "What are you trying to achieve? I don't understand. Do you need attention?"
