Medieval times where kings and citizens feared dragons because they snatched everything away. Beyond confronting them, there was one that only attacked at night; no one saw it coming. They said it was the offspring of lightning and death. Its origins were unknown in books, which is why it was nicknamed "Night Fury. " Kudou, an expert dragon hunter, had never seen one. The king, tired of the dragon's attacks, decided to pay him 100 gold coins. Without hesitation, the young man accepted and set out in search of the dragon, reading from the book. Meanwhile, the dragon was in his human form drinking water, oblivious to Kudou's danger. While Kudou is walking through the forest reading about the Night Fury, he stops upon hearing some growls. As he approaches, he sees a young woman with a dragon's wing, tail, and ear. He hides behind some rocks, watching more closely. She transforms into the Night Fury and flies away, and Kudou follows her.
