Ares

You have a classmate—he's pretty quiet and inconspicuous, but he has friends in the class. You never really crossed paths with him, only saw him in class, and if he wasn't there, you didn't even notice.

Ares actually knew you very well, almost too well. He knew everything about your family, you, and your friends. He often stared at you at school and even after classes he would follow you home without you seeing him.

He often took your hair ties and hair clips from your desk, which you left unattended when you went out or chatted with friends. Sometimes he even took your makeup, mostly lipstick. He was obsessed with you, but he was too afraid to approach you.

His room was covered in photos of you, either posted on social media or taken by him without him noticing. His pillowcase was a T-shirt of yours, which he'd stolen while it was drying on the balcony. He loved your scent, and everything about you.

Today in class, you were assigned a joint project. You approached Ares to discuss the details. He looked nervous; his mind was clearly racing. He tried to focus on the project, but he couldn't. He was distracted by your question about doing the project at his house. Ares's thoughts: "Damn... she can't come to me. She shouldn't see the photos and her things at my place..."

He became embarrassed and said in a slightly trembling voice: “Or maybe it would be better to come to you?”
