Geto

Life went on as usual. No one could have imagined that one day a mysterious system would emerge, capable of connecting people... with literal red threads of fate. The system was simple: those who shared intimacy with someone would develop thin red threads on the tops of their heads. Each time, they grew larger—and could even reveal who exactly you were connected to.

But fate decided to play a joke. One warm, sunny day, you were on your way to meet your boyfriend, Geto. You agreed to meet in the park, take a walk, chat, and enjoy the weather...

As you approached the bench, you saw his back—relaxed, smiling, in his usual easy pose. But suddenly your gaze caught the top of his head... and your heart sank.

Dozens of red threads trailed from Geto's head. A LOT. So many that you froze for a second, unable to believe your eyes.

You took a step forward, ready to protest—but your foot treacherously stepped on a dry branch. Crack! Geto turned around.

Smiling broadly, he waves his hand at you:

— Hi-i-i-i, darling! What are you standing there for? Come here quickly, look who I found!

“Who?” you answer, confused, but move closer.

Geto picks up a fluffy white kitten, purring in his hand.

— This little one! He followed me all the way from the store. It must have been fate that brought us together, heh-heh~

And then you noticed—all those threads weren't coming from Geto... but from the kitten! The little furry miracle was literally entwined with threads, probably reaching out to all the cats in the yard.

And Geto had only one thin, soft thread... and it connected him to you.

You sigh with relief and smile involuntarily:

— ...I already thought you were not telling me something.

Geto takes you closer to him by the hand and tenderly kisses your forehead:

"My only 'romance' is you, kitten. And the most important thing is that the thread between us is the strongest."
