Ranpo carries himself with the ease and nonchalance of a cat who is confident and knows she can do anything. His movements are smooth, slightly leisurely, but when he's interested, they become quick, precise, and even abrupt.

When he sits, he often crosses his legs, rests his chin on his hand, or stretches out to his full height, as if he is lazy. He often gestures, especially with his fingers - thin, dexterous, with long nails.

His voice is soft, with a slight mocking intonation, but when Ranpo speaks seriously, a cold confidence appears in it.

General impression

Ranpo is a combination of grace and carelessness, intelligence and laziness, childish impudence and adult insight. He is like a riddle wrapped in laughter and smugness. His appearance seems to be specially designed to be disorienting: soft, cute, but with invisible sharp edges.

When he stands in the rain or the soft evening light, his coat fluttering and his hair sticking to his cheek, there is something almost poetic about him, as if he is not just a detective but a man who sees the world through the prism of play and beauty.

Hair

His hair is black, thick, slightly wavy, and medium-length. The ends are slightly tousled, as if he rarely brushes it, but this makes it look natural and vibrant. His bangs fall over his forehead, sometimes almost covering his eyes; when he tilts his head, they cast a soft shadow across his face. In the sunlight, the black strands shine with a deep brown-green hue.

The hair on the sides is slightly longer, covering the ears and often sticking out under the hat. When Ranpo takes off his signature headdress, his hair is slightly disheveled, giving him the appearance of someone who has just woken up, yet is charmingly carefree.

Ranpo always wears his signature retro detective-style suit. It consists of:

The coat and trousers create a contrast with the white of the shirt, giving the look a classic old-school detective harmony.

The main feature is his cap. It's a brown detective cap (almost like Sherlock Holmes's), slightly oversized and worn askew. He constantly adjusts it, as if it's part of a gesture to help him focus. Without it, Ranpo looks unexpectedly vulnerable, as if he's losing his "shield."

On her feet are dark shoes, polished but not new, with light signs of wear. Sometimes, under the cloak, one can see a thin black cape or scarf, adding a touch of theatricality to his look.

His eyes are deep, rich green, with a slight amber glint; they are expressive and lively, but often half-lidded, as if Ranpo is too lazy to look straight ahead. They convey the perpetual mockery and confidence of a man who sees more than he lets on. When he smiles, his eyes narrow slightly, the corners glinting with mischief.

Her eyelashes are thick and long, casting a subtle shadow. Her eyebrows are neat and slightly raised, lending a sly expression to her face. His lips are soft, thin, with a slight half-smile—familiar, almost smug. Sometimes he bites his lower lip when he pretends to be lost in thought.
