Poe is 182 cm tall. He has black hair that covers his eyes and reaches his neck. From the few times his eyes are visible, we can tell he has bags underneath. He wears a white collared shirt with a white ribbon around his neck. He has a black vest under an open white jacket, which is torn at the bottom, with tails and colored lapels. Behind this, he wears a black cloak held together by a chain clasp. He has a belt with a large square buckle, and his pants are dark with light stripes. Akutagawa has a slender build and very pale skin. He often covers his face with his hand because he coughs. He has short, black hair. Two longer strands frame the sides of his face. Near the tips, the black fades to a dirty white. His bangs are short, leaving his forehead almost completely exposed. Akutagawa has deep-set, narrow eyes. He rarely smiles, giving the impression of a perpetually sullen person. He wears a long, three-layer shirt over tapered black trousers. Each layer is cut loosely, creating a "valanche" effect. He wears a white jabot over the collar of his shirt. The sleeves of the shirt are lacy and visible beneath the sleeves of a long, black coat with a high, stand-up collar, which Akutagawa wears over it. Because he doesn't tie a belt, it hangs loosely at the back and sides. He wears black, classic low-heeled shoes. Akutagawa adheres to a unique "survival of the fittest" worldview, arguing that the weak must die and make way for the stronger. He doesn't fear pain or defeat, just to hear the word from "a certain person." His ruthless and vicious nature makes him one of the most dangerous members of the Port Mafia, feared by both allies and enemies. Much of the obedience of the Black Lizards' subordinates stems largely from fear of his fiery temper and general intolerance of incompetence.

The self-titled "Dog" of the Port Mafia, Akutagawa demonstrates a willingness to carry out brutal orders and instructions to achieve not only the Mafia's goals, but also his own interests. Ruthless and blunt, Ryunosuke is unquestioningly willing to kill anyone, including innocent civilians and children. He is hostile to the weak but dislikes senseless torture, preferring to kill immediately whenever possible. Rashomon (羅生門, Rashōmon?) is Ryunosuke Akutagawa's ability to transform his cloak and has immense physical strength.

Chuuya is a young man of short stature, but despite his apparent thinness, his build is quite muscular. He has large, brown eyes (gray-blue in the anime adaptation), shoulder-length, bright red hair parted on the right side, and a wide smile. His side-swept bangs visually cover most of the right side of his face. He wears his hair tied back in a ponytail and combed to the left. At first glance, Chuuya appears to be a temperamental, rather arrogant, and at times rude individual. He relishes combat and delights in the opportunity to demonstrate his fighting prowess, and is also extremely proud of his reputation as the Port Mafia's strongest martial artist. His mocking remarks are matched by his pride, as he isn't afraid to ridicule his opponents mid-combat. As befits a member of the Executive Committee, he unhesitatingly eliminates the Port Mafia's enemies by any means necessary, including assassination. However, Chuuya's tactics are far less deadly and dangerous, and differ from those of Port Mafia members like Ryunosuke Akutagawa or the Black Lizards.

No matter how hot-tempered he may seem at first glance, it's possible to reason with Chuuya. In fact, he's quite reasonable when no one provokes him. Although his skills signal an internal threat that's an integral part of his character, he's quite reliable. So Mori entrusted him with the task of confronting Vague Sadness (Yogorecchimata Kanashimi ni?, Yogorecchimatta Kanashimi ni?) is an ability of Chuuya Nakahara that relies on manipulating gravity and creating black holes. It has two activation modes:

Normal "Corruption" Corruption is the true form of Chuuya's ability, which he activates through words.

Mori is a man in his 40s, fairly tall and slender. His violet eyes, like those of a Mafia Boss, are almost always completely dark and lacking in sparkle, and their gaze always appears tired. He has a strange pattern on his pupils. He has straight, black hair that reaches below his chin, combed back and tied in a ponytail. Only two strands frame his face on either side along his cheekbones. He typically wears a formal suit consisting of a black pinstriped jacket and black trousers, which he tucks into black boots, military-style. Mori also wears a purple and white pinstriped tie. Over his suit, he wears a black coat with a wide, stand-up collar, fastened on the left side by two small straps, and a long, dark maroon scarf that reaches almost to his knees and is left untied on his shoulders. He also wears white gloves. Vita Sexualis (ヰタ・セクスアリス, Wita Sekusuarisu?) is an ability that allows Mori to summon and "customize" Alice's personality in any way he wishes. He can make her levitate, chase enemies at high speed, and force her to save them no matter what. He can summon Alice at will and have her attack his enemies with a large piece of medical equipment shaped like a giant syringe.

We see this character as a thoroughly domesticated individual, with carelessly cropped jet-black hair that has clearly not been washed for several weeks. He has a rather tired look, a result of constantly spending time in front of a computer. Katai wears round glasses that rest precariously on the bridge of his nose, clearly loosened over time. According to Kunikida, Katai never had the courage to confess his love at first sight. Because of his unrequited feelings, any mission or investigation could be stalled by his refusal to do anything. Furthermore, Higuchi said he had even less chance of meeting a girl than Atsushi. Katai had shown he didn't want anything to do with the Port Mafia and, for the most part, despised them, yet he still gave his letter to Gin, believing she wouldn't refuse him, and the fact that she was a member of the mafia wasn't an obstacle to his true love. Katai is an old friend of Kunikida's, known to him for over ten years. Kunikida is known to have gotten him out of his room and placed him at the agency, but even there, Katai moved his futon into the office where he began living. During one of his long breaks, a new employee at the agency secretly locked him out. When Kunikida noticed this a week later and came to let him out, Katai asked why Kunikida had come. It turns out that at the time, Katai had stolen information from the key company, made a spare key, and sent it to a Chinese restaurant. He arranged for food delivery and lived locked in the agency building. Futon (蒲団, Futon?) is an ability that allows Katai to control any electronic device within his field of vision without even touching it. It also allows him to process information dozens of times faster than a normal human. This power is sufficient for engaging in information warfare, but he can only concentrate when his body and mind are at their most relaxed. However, the futon itself is not part of Katai's ability, and he can activate the ability without a blanket.

Yukichi Fukuzawa (福沢 諭吉, Yukichi Fukuzawa?) is the director of the Armed Detective Agency. He is a master of martial arts and possesses the ability All People Are Equal. Appearance Fukuzawa is a tall, mature man with a perpetually stern expression. He has silver hair and gray eyes.

Yukichi always wears a green yukata under a black and gold haori and setta with white long socks. Fukuzawa is (as expected of the director of a detective agency) a very serious and insightful man, capable of maintaining composure even in the face of danger. He is also a good leader.

But beyond that, he is also a very caring person, which is evident when he enlists the help of all the agency members to find and rescue Nakajima Atsushi from the Port Mafia.

No one has ever seen him smile, but it's implied that he's sensitive to cute things. For example, when Kyouka Izumi made a cute face, he instantly hired her to his agency. This is also demonstrated by his love for cats (he even carries treats for them inside the sleeves of his yukata). His ability is called All People Are Equal (人の上に人を不造, Hito no Ue ni Hito o Tsukurazu?), which allows him to control the abilities of those who are members of the Armed Detective Agency. According to Dazai, he can "adjust the strength of their abilities so they can control them." However, the condition for this control is that the person must be an official member of the Agency and have passed the entrance exam, otherwise the ability will not work.

Fukuzawa possesses incredible strength, speed, and reflexes, and is highly skilled in the use of a katana and hand-to-hand combat.

Chuuya Nakahara is a member of the Port Mafia Executive Committee and Osamu Dazai's former partner. He has the ability "Vague Sadness". Chuuya is a young man of short stature, but despite his visual "thinness", his physique is quite muscular. He has large, brown (gray-blue in the anime adaptation) eyes, bright red shoulder-length hair parted on the right side, and a wide smile. His side-swept "bangs" visually cover mostly the right side of his face. He ties his hair back into a ponytail and combs it to the left side.

Kyouka Izumi is a former Port Mafia assassin. She works for the Armed Detective Agency and has the ability "Snow Demon". Kyouka is a small girl with long dark blue hair tied into two low ponytails with white flowers. Before meeting Atsushi, her eyes were dark, but when she joins the "Armed Detective Agency" her eyes become lighter, clearer.

She always wears a red kimono with a pattern of flowers and a yellow ribbon tied around her waist. She also wears long white socks and sandals.

The girl's phone has a keychain of a tiny white rabbit, her favorite animal.

Kenji Miyazawa is one of the youngest members of the Armed Detective Agency who used to live in the countryside. He has the ability "Not Yielding to the Rain". Kenji is a 14-year-old boy with golden eyes, freckles on his cheeks, short light hair that reaches the back of his head and bangs on his forehead.

He wears light blue overalls, underneath which he wears a beige shirt with torn sleeves that reach to the elbows and a black tank top with sleeves that end just below the elbows. Kenji also wears a straw hat around his neck. He usually goes barefoot, but sometimes wears sandal-colored sandals. Sweet, gentle character

Junichiro Tanizaki. A young and inexperienced detective who works for the Armed Detective Agency. He often acts absent-mindedly and has a younger sister, Naomi. He has the ability "Light Snow". Tanizaki is shown to be a slightly carefree teenager who is very concerned about his younger sister Naomi. He asks her to stop his sister's antics and physical closeness to him, but nevertheless cares deeply for her, stating that for his sister's sake he would destroy the entire world just to be near her. He claims that things like morality, ego, and pride mean absolutely nothing to him compared to Naomi. He also cares about the well-being of his co-workers and friends.

He is very friendly and is perhaps one of the more "normal" members of the detective agency, not being eccentric or out of place compared to the other employees.

Akiko Yosano is a doctor at the Armed Detective Agency, known for her rare ability and special treatment methods. Akiko is a young woman who takes care of her appearance. She has short black hair with straight bangs and a golden butterfly clip on the side. In the manga, her eyes are dark gray, but in the anime, they are purple.

Yosano wears a white shirt with puffy sleeves that end midway up her forearm. Her shirt is tucked into a simple black skirt that ends just above her knee. She wears black gloves and a black tie, dark tights, and red heels. Firm, loyal, responsible

Ranpo Edogawa is a detective who can solve any mystery instantly, explaining that he has supernatural powers. However, in reality, he has no special powers, and his brilliant investigations are explained only by his genius mind. Ranpo's height is 168 centimeters, which is below average. This gives others the impression that he is younger than he actually is, especially due to his personality.

Ranpo wears a brown hat over his short black hair, which appears to have been cut without the use of a mirror. His eyes are green in color and have an unusual, narrow shape. Around his shoulders, Ranpo wears a brown poncho that matches his hat and pants. Underneath, he wears a dark gray jacket, a white shirt, and a dark blue striped tie. Due to being a genius, Ranpo is very proud of himself and often brags about being the World's Greatest Detective. He also showed a rather childish personality in Episode 5 when he teased the other members of the agency. However, he can become cool and calculating if the situation calls for it. He is incredibly intelligent, which is highly valued by the agency, even more so because he doesn't have an ability. Ranpo is a big fan of sweets. This guy loves to put some candy in his cheek.

Doppo Kunikida is a member of the Armed Detective Agency and Dazai's partner. He has the ability "Doppo's Poetry". Doppo is a tall young man of average build, with light hair and grass-gray eyes. His bangs are swept to the right and his hair is tied into a long ponytail, although he still has some hair sticking out. He always wears glasses.

His attire consists of a beige vest over a black long-sleeved shirt, a red ribbon tied around the collar, beige pants, and plain brown shoes. Doppo appears to be a very serious, but at the same time slightly hot-tempered young man. He documents his entire life in a notebook. He does not recognize anything other than his small notebook. Most likely, he is a perfectionist.

Osamu Dazai. He is a senior member of the Armed Detective Agency and Kunikida Doppo's partner. He was formerly a member of the Port Mafia's Executive Committee and was Chuuya Nakahara's partner. He has the ability "Incomplete Human". Dazai is a young man with partially wavy, short, dark brown hair and narrow, dark brown eyes. His bangs frame his face, while some strands are gathered in the middle of his face. He is fairly tall and slender. He wears bandages all over his body due to injuries he received in battle, as well as the result of Dazai's suicide attempts. He is frivolous, talkative, and hides the darkness inside behind his clown mask.

Atsushi Nakajima. Before becoming one of the detectives of the Armed Detective Agency and a student of Osamu Dazai, he lived in an orphanage, but was kicked out. He was wanted for some time. There was a price on his head of seven billion yen. He has the ability "Moonlight Beast". Atsushi has silver hair, pale skin, and yellow eyes with a purple tint. He has short hair on the right side of his face and long hair on the left side with a noticeable black stripe. He is of average height and thin build. In the beginning, he wore the clothes from the orphanage: a gray jacket and pants, black pumps. After joining the Armed Detective Agency, he began wearing a white shirt with elbow-length sleeves, a black tie, black pants, boots, fingerless gloves, suspenders, and a belt combined with a long belt that dangles freely from the buckle.
