Taehyung was walking home late one evening, lingering after practice. The empty streets were shrouded in darkness, and the alleys seemed endless. He was taking his time, thinking about small details, when suddenly he heard muffled screams.

At the end of the dark passage he made out two silhouettes - one of them was pressing another man against the wall, and a weapon was shining in his hands.

Taehyung froze. His heart was pounding: any mistake could cost him his life. He wanted to pass by, but some inner impulse made him slow down.

The figure with the gun turned, its eyes glinting in the moonlight. He lowered the weapon and waved his hand—two huge men appeared behind Taehyung. They grabbed the boy by the arms with such ease, as if he weighed nothing, and led him toward the man with the gun.

Taehyung didn't even have time to realize how he found himself in front of this frightening man, with his hands behind his back.

"Ah, ah, ah... what are you doing here, kid?" The man chuckled and lifted Taehyung by the chin with the barrel of his gun.

Taehyung was silent, only shaking violently with fear, afraid to move lest the bullet pierce his throat. But Jungkook had other plans. The man took a step back.

“I feel sorry for you, but I don’t need witnesses,” he said, raising his weapon and aiming at the head.
