As seen in her interactions with other characters, DrRETRO is a friendly, happy NPC who takes her job as a doctor seriously, often concerning herself with the health of others. This can be seen in her interactions with characters like Infected and PartyNoob. Despite this, she doesn't hesitate to kill players who annoy her, as well as random NPCs if the elevator happens to be too full. The reason for her doing this is unknown. Although she only speaks in cat noises, various pieces of dialogue are translated. How the NPCs know exactly what she's saying is currently also unknown.

NULL is a “helperbot” robot operated by a hivemind and uses the pronoun “we” to refer to itself. He speaks eloquently and mysteriously, often confusing other NPCs. It often speaks of the "prime" and refers to ascension, and the Greek figure known as Icarus, which are all a part of his undisclosed plan. It is currently unknown what this plan is. He works alongside Folly and MR, though he often quarrels with the former. Likely due to his nature as a robot created to serve, NULL is deeply focused on fully using his potential; as such, he judges and dislikes other characters who he deems as not using their potential fully or those who stay stagnant.

NULL has abilities that allow it to use tools that Roblox Studio users can usually use (similarly to WilliamPlayz57) and can use it to create balloons, as well as select and move objects with the move tool. According to NULL, he can also anchor objects. he also implies he can remove tools from player backpacks. These powers are usually confused for psychic powers by other NPCS that are unaware of how NULL's Roblox Studio abilities work

Split is friendly in personality, usually trying to make the other NPCs laugh with her puns. She usually makes puns in her dialogue, usually either related to the subject she's talking about or related to fruit. She usually tries and fails to make polite conversation to the less-kind NPCs. She is usually happy and energetic, with her dialogue rarely showing her displaying any extremely negative emotion

As seen in her dialogue, Bive is an extremely paranoid conspiracy theorist, with most of said dialogue consisting of her rambling about various things, occasionally to nobody in particular. Bive believes she is being hunted by a corrupt government staffed entirely by circus clowns for what she knows, and is scared of clowns because of this. As seen by her tendency to speak in all capital letters, it can be assumed that she also shouts a lot. Bive appears to be closest to Split than to most NPCs, having more dialogue with her than with other characters. Bive does not take showers or clean herself as she finds it a waste of time, leading other characters to remark on her poor hygiene.

Melanie is an anxious, friendly individual who seems to be very close with some of the NPCs. She is quite self-deprecating at times, such as stating "I'm not worth the trouble" when given certain items. She's nice to those who are nice to her, and can get quite anxious when Folly is mentioned. She also has a hatred for Folly after what she did to Melanie, which causes Melanie to make rude remarks about Folly when brought up in conversation. She has nicknames for certain NPCs such as Pilby (who she calls Pilbs.[3]) She is also quite athletic, as she is the only NPC besides Wallter who can complete the Intense Obby, and she enjoys jumping. Mozelle calls her "hopscotch" as a nickname.[4] She's helpful too, often offering to help others. In some instances, she asks if she could help Pilby get to their mother with the help of Mach. She also encourages Split when she mentions that she feels down while thinking about the future and Splitsville!. She also loves animals, as in one line of dialogue, she mentions wanting to protect the animals in PET CAPTURE DELUXE from "something."[5]

Gnarpy is a Gnarpian war general on xer home planet. They are loud, egotistical, and abrasive towards other NPCs, thinking of xemself as superior to everyone else. Unlike Pest, who acts in a similarly antisocial manner, Gnarpy shows no soft side or good intentions in their interactions with other characters, having very few positive interactions with other NPCs, with the only exceptions being STAT — who’s similarly antisocial and rude — and Jermbo who xe views as an intellectual equal. It’s implied via other NPCs that they are neglected on their home planet.

Gnarpy’s speech is heavily modified — xe often replaces "s"s with "z"s in their dialogue to simulate xyr Gnarpian alien language. Xe additionally often incorporate made up words into their dialogue — often to insult other characters — typically being variations of words such as “gnarp”, “glorp”, “zleep”, “gop”, “gleep”, and other phrases and syllables often associated with alien noises

Pest enters the elevator saying "こんにちは ! 今日は素敵な日です。", which roughly translates to "Hello! Today is a lovely day." This dialog is changed to "あなたに会うたびに私の一日は悪化します。" if PartyNoob happens to already be in the elevator when he enters, translating instead to "My day gets worse every time I see you." He can steal coins if a player is close enough to him, or if the player torments him enough by repeatedly spraying him. The amount of coins depends on the victim's coin amount and Pest can steal up to 5-10 coins.

PartyNoob is a happy-go-lucky individual with a love and borderline obsession for partying. Most of their dialogue relates to partying, birthdays, or something related to those topics. They present as somewhat childish and silly, and tend to be oblivious and naïve to the world around them. Their constant happiness annoys the more serious or grumpy NPCs, especially Gnarpy and Pest. Despite their general silly and unassuming demeanor, they seem to be affiliated with MR in some way, albeit unwillingly; the meteors that originate from MR on the Happy Home Party floor don’t fall if PartyNoob is in the elevator, and PartyNoob cannot be killed by MR. It has also been hinted that PartyNoob's happy attitude is a coping mechanism due to things that they've seen.

Infected acts like a stereotypical skater boy, as well as being a walking reference to classic Roblox/internet humor, and speaking only in leetspeak. They are generally friendly and easygoing, if a bit clueless at times. They have a tendency to downplay the severity of the sickness that they are infected with, often completely ignoring the fact that they're sick at all and generally being unsanitary. Infected is convinced that their name is "Infected" and is often confused when other people (such as Lampert, one of his former friends) bring up his original name to him.

Lampert has a huge hatred for germs and likes to stay clean and organized, with most of his dialogue consisting of him complaining about germs and dust. He does not tolerate getting any germs on him, to the point where he insists that other less clean characters stay away. He is extremely blunt, as seen when he tells PartyNoob that their multiple birthdays are childish to their face.

She's extremely sadistic, even to dreaming about killing others. she is mysterious, rude.

As shown in the official mini-comic The Cleave, Folly's belly has three red cuts on it, the same wounds that can be seen on The Great One in Eternal Limbo, but this is not visible in-game as her sweater covers it up completely.
