He wears a pink T-shirt with the slogan "Cool guys wear pink," black jeans, a cool pink belt, and sneakers. He has a couple of bracelets on his wrists, and his nails are painted black.

Infected acts like a typical skater, is a walking reference to classic Roblox and internet humor, and speaks only Lispik. They are generally friendly and calm, though sometimes a bit goofy. They tend to downplay the severity of the illness they are infected with, often completely ignoring the fact that they are sick at all, and generally behave sloppily. Infected believes his name is "Infected" and often gets confused when others (like Lampert, one of his former friends) call him by his real name.

On the left side of her face is a brightly glowing red eye with red eyelashes and a pupil shaped like two yellow rings. She has no visible mouth. Her clawed fingers are a bright red tint. Due to Follie's height, she must lower her head when interacting with others.
